ELAS spol. s r.o. Zlín was established on 20 November 1991. The company specializes in providing services and production in the field of industrial automation, electronics and electrical engineering.

As regards our production volume, we rank among smaller up to medium-sized producers. As we process each order with care and individual attention, our customers include both small companies and also large renowned companies.

We have created a customer-oriented culture based upon strengthening our production and business relations with the customers and business partners.

In cooperation with our clients we ensure the development and engineering works for the subsequent production, such as designs of printed circuit boards, processing the surface-mount technology and production of samples.   

Our production is implemented according to the documentation, manufacturing and inspection procedures supplied for individual products by our customer or created by ELAS spol. s r.o. in close cooperation with the client.

The leading programmes of ELAS spol. s r.o.  are:

• production of LV switchboards including the required metalwork and metal-working activities and the related surface treatment
• populating printed circuit boards by SMD technology using the surface-mount production equipment
• (ESSEMTEC) and soldering by REFLOW (ERSA) technology and possibly vapour-phase soldering including RoHs (IBL)
• populating and soldering printed circuit boards by hand (e.g. ERSA soldering irons)
• soldering printed circuit boards with through-hole components on wave soldering machines (ERSA, SEHO)
• assembling and testing units with printed circuit boards including mechanical adjustments (cases, silk-screen, tags)
• production and assembly of lighting for applications on machines and in lift shafts or possibly for other technological applications
• assembly of cable harnesses for industrial applications using crimping, soldering and related operations.

ELAS spol. s r.o.  focuses especially on the quality and reliability. We ensure 100 % final inspection and testing of all products. Thanks to this inspection we ensure that all the products comply with customers’ requirements and thus we reach the constant high quality of our products. We implement tests according to customers' requirements using standard measurement devices, special testers for selected products and PCs.  And the final inspection is recorded.

To ensure the quality we purchase components and structural parts from verified suppliers by means of a direct contact with national or, as the case may be, foreign suppliers, or by means of exclusive sales representatives.
